What are Notice Governments? How do they work?

The Bangladesh Government has issued notice on the 7th of September, 2021 with a series of notices to regulate the government of Bangladesh. Everyone living in Bangladesh are advised to not alter their property or land. The notice warns all residents of Bangladesh to not tamper the boundaries of Bangladesh and its surrounding districts. Three provinces exist within Bangladesh, namely, Commenced, Bogra and Dhaka. The three provincial governments have instructed citizens not to go through the border district nor alter the boundary lines of their properties.

Anyone who gifts property or property to an unauthorized individual will be subject to up to 1,000 ticals. If the penalty is carried on to the next day, the offender could be imprisoned for a period not exceeding one year. These notices can only be enforced by law in Bangladesh.
